Christoph Auer

Member of the Board for Business Transformation

With the new department, BHS intends to push ahead with the most comprehensive transformation since the company's foundation. The main aim is to manage the company's development holistically and to improve the interdepartmental interaction of processes, in the interests of the customer.

"In the age of digitalisation, transformation plays an important role. Companies are constantly faced with the challenge of reinventing themselves in order to survive in future markets. In order to succeed with the current transformation, which is characterised by a high degree of uncertainty and complexity, it is important to actively involve employees right from the outset. This not only produces more sustainable results, but also leads to a higher level of identification with the future vision of BHS tabletop AG. For me, the focus here is on implementing a joint learning process.”
