BHS tabletop AG
World market leader in professional porcelain

What does the name BHS tabletop AG stand for? The acronym BHS represents around 140 years of porcelain experience with three of Germany’s oldest porcelain brands: BAUSCHER, TAFELSTERN – formerly Hutschenreuther Hotel – and SCHÖNWALD.

Founded in 1814, porcelain manufacturer C. M. Hutschenreuther has evolved to become a global cooperation with excellent tabletop expertise; in other words, anything to do with a well-laid table. It managed to become a global leader by taking a courageous entrepreneurial decision in 1998: it split from the crisis-ridden household porcelain division and has focused exclusively on porcelain for food service ever since. Porcelain and accessories by professionals for professionals all over the world. Customers across the globe admire BHS for its business model that is centred around customised, fast services.

Table culture

We give indulgence a modern twist

Eating out is simply part of a modern lifestyle. Never before have so many people eaten their meals outside of the home. It is not just about getting full, it is also about enjoyment – the desire to enjoy good food, try new flavours and share these moments with friends, family and colleagues.

Our products are the perfect accompaniment to these culinary adventures, and provide chefs with ideas and platforms for presenting their creations invitingly and originally. We call this international refined dining.
